pre heat oven to 400
1 pie crust, store bought or homemade
1 stick of butter softened
1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
roll out pie crust preferably in a rectangle, butter the crust using 1/2 the stick of butter, sprinkle 2/3 oof the cinnamon sugar on top, slice the pie crust in half length wise, roll each half into a log and cut into 1″ slices, place on parchment lined sheet pan evenlydivide the remaining butter and cinnamon sugar on top of each crusty and bake approximately 15-20 minutes, reversing the pan half way through to cook more evenly, unless you are lucky enough to have a convection oven and then its not necessary, you want them to be golden brown with a little bit of dark brown carmelized goodness.
