This recipe came from Handle the Heat, it is her Ultimate chocolate chip cookie recipe and they are truly delicious!!
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/4 cups bread flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp fine sea salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups lightly packed brown sugar
2 tsp pure vanilla
2 large eggs plus 1 yolk, at room temperature
1 12oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 12oz package butterscotch chips
You will be refrigerating the dough for 24-48 hours before baking.

In medium bowl combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
In the bowl of an electric mixer beat the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy, about 2 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the vanilla, then gradually beat in the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate and butterscotch chips. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 24 hours and not more than 72 hours.
Let dough sit a room temperature until soft enough to scoop, divide dough into 3tbs size balls and drop onto prepared sheets. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 2 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely. Enjoy!!
