My very first blog post! wheee! I am so excited, just in time for 4th of July and just summer in general are these easy to make homemade hamburger buns from Chef John. You just need to give yourself 4 hours time for rising and cooling before slicing, about 10 minutes work time, and thats it… you will never buy processed again. They work well for burgers, pulled pork, bbq beef, and even can be made into slider size. Be sure to look in recipes, I have many delicious tried and true recipes already, and lots more to come!
